It was the first time I participated in a cooking class, and I was really excited! It was interesting to learn how to make fresh pasta, but also to discover many new recipes that I have tried at home with my friends.

In short, I had an unforgettable experience! The chef explained the techniques for preparing the various dishes that we then executed and enjoyed with a good glass of wine. In conclusion, I learned to cook while having fun.

I participated in this cooking class while visiting Florence. It was one of the best things I did on my entire visit! The Chef has a Michelin Star but is completely "down to earth" and is a wonderful teacher. The Class was entirely hands on and we learned to make some " real" Italian Food!  Last but not least was the amazing location...the kitchen was a dream and eating our meal on the terrace with  incredible view of florence was a unforgettable experience!!
